Sales Development Representative

We’re looking for a results-driven sales development representative to actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

As a part of growing EasyLeadz team, that is already catering to over 1.3 lakh plus businesses globally, you will be interacting with Directors, CEO, Founders at various organisations and being a small team will give you a lot of exposure in directly dealing with such large accounts.

Responsibilities for the role

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities includes Whatsapp, Linkedin
  • Contact signed up users to qualify them for their needs
  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails, we will be using our own contact finder solutions to find prospects
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate solutions to them
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects & generate sales potential
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives
  • Report to the Sales Manager on sales results

Requirements for the role

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience working with a CRM like Hubspot, Freshworks or any other
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations

Job Location

  • The base location will be Chandigarh/Panchkula while the work is done remotely.
  • The person has to be in office for only 3 days every alternate week, so total 6-7 working days from office and rest of the month from home.

Work Experience

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience dealing with clients in b2b sales or key account management role.


  • The compensation will include a decent fixed salary and incentives with no limit on incentives.
