Can I cancel my subscription?
All the subscriptions are by default cancelled if you do not pay for next cycle.
Will my plan will renew automatically?
No, monthly subscription started after 1st April 2021 will not renew automatically. You will have to pay manually every month or opt for 3/6 months plans.
How long are your contracts?
Currently, we only offer both monthly and annual plans. You can upgrade or cancel your monthly account at any time with no further obligation.
How can I make payment?
For the monthly plan, you can pay via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or UPI. For annual plans, you can pay via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or via NEFT as well i.e Bank Transfer.
What is a benefit with an annual plan?
On Annual Plans you will get 15% bonus credits and your price also gets locked for that duration, so any future increase in prices won't affect you. All plans are available here.
What happens if I don't consume my contacts in a month?
If your subscription is active then your contacts will be added to your next month. If subscription is cancelled or you dont pay for next month for same or higher plan, they wont carry forward to next month.
Can I request a refund?
Unfortunately, not. We do not issue full or partial refunds for any reason.
Can I try your service for free?
Of course! We’re happy to offer a free forever plan for anyone who wants to try our service.
What happens to my unused credits if I cancel subscription?
You will be able to use the unused credits till your subscription ending cycle. If you cancel on 10th and your subscription was supposed to renew on 30th, then you can still use credits till 30th.
Can I downgrade my plan?
You can downgrade your plan anytime. Your credits will not carry forward in case you downgrade your plan, they will only carry forward if you upgrade or continue to use the same plan.
What is accuracy of the contacts?

What will be the contract duration?
If you pay for monthly plan your contract duration is 1 month and if you pay for annual plan then contract duration is 12 months.
Can you increase price in future?
We can increase the prices for any reason as deemed fit to us anytime as per services offered by us. If you are on annual plans then increase in price wont affect you till your duration is over.
